GetVoiceAgents LLC provides AI-powered voice agent and chatbot solutions integrated with GoHighLevel (GHL), including inbound/outbound call handling, 24/7 AI support, CRM integration, and multilingual capabilities. All service details, quotes, and implementation plans are subject to availability and technical feasibility.
All estimates or quotes provided are for informational purposes and may be subject to change based on AI training complexity, integration requirements, call volume, and customization requests. A formal service agreement must be signed before implementation begins.
Payments are due as outlined in your contract or invoice. Setup fees are due before project initiation. Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. GetVoiceAgents LLC reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.

Our AI systems are designed to support compliance with TCPA, call recording laws, GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM Act. However, clients are ultimately responsible for ensuring their use of AI voice agents and chatbots complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
We use advanced neural voice technology for human-like interactions. However, AI agents may occasionally misunderstand complex queries. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy but commit to ongoing improvement.
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, solely for service delivery, AI training, and communication purposes.
GetVoiceAgents LLC will implement services professionally. However, we are not liable for issues with third-party services, service interruptions, or indirect damages including lost revenue. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by client in the 12 months preceding any claim.
All content on the GetVoiceAgents LLC platform is our exclusive property. Unauthorized use is prohibited. You retain ownership of your business data.
Services continue month-to-month or as specified in your contract. Clients may terminate with 30 days notice. We may terminate immediately for non-payment or policy violations.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, USA.
