3. Quotes and Estimates

All estimates or quotes provided are for informational purposes and may be subject to change based on AI training complexity, integration requirements, call volume, and customization requests.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are due as outlined in your contract or invoice. Setup fees are due before project initiation. Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. GETVOICEAGENTS LLC reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate business information for AI training and configuration
  • Maintaining an active GoHighLevel account where applicable
  • Securing necessary permits, consents, and phone numbers
  • Complying with all applicable laws including TCPA, call recording regulations, GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM Act

6. SMS/Text Message Communications
